<p>PURPOSE:To produce a metal composite laminate with high adhesive strength of a metal foil by laminating and adhering a metal foil with a resin or a resin composition as an interlayer to a surface of a metal plate on which a specific treatment has been carried out. CONSTITUTION:After cleaning and roughening and activating a surface of a metal plate 3 by a chemical treatment and providing the surface with chemical bonding strength to a resin by a coupling agent treatment, a metal foil 1 is laminated and adhered to the surface with a resin or a resin combination 2 interlaid. It is desirable that acid, alkaline or any reagents accomplishing a chemical reaction should be used in the chemical treatment, while a silane or a titanium coupling agent can be used as a coupling agent. As regards the resin, thermoplastics such as vinyl chloride resin, methacryl resin, polycarbonate, etc. or a heat-curable resin such as phenol, silicone, polyimide, etc., and a combination of more than two kinds of them or a combination of these resins with a base material should be used.</p> |
