<p>PURPOSE:To improve the processing performance of a data packet without losing the normal function of a network by providing functions generating a control packet and managing its presence on a specific packet exchange and providing functions for relaying the control packet and for circulating it in the network on each packet exchange. CONSTITUTION:A packet exchange 11 is a specific station and has a control packet supervisory function and a control packet generating function. Packet exchanges 12, 13 are normal stations. A control packet 44 generated by the packet exchange 11 is received by a reception processing means of the packet exchange 13, the own station information is written immediately on an area 23 and the information 1 of the packet exchange 11 in an area 21 is used. The packet exchange (No.1) 11 describes its own station information and the information of the packet exchanges 12, 13 is obtained and then the control packet is transmitted again. Thus, each station gives information to one control packet circulated in all stations and is utilized.</p> |
