PURPOSE:To reduce the signal distortion and to reduce the degradation in reliability very much by reducing the number of passing contacts equally in all lines when a line is switched to a stand-by line. CONSTITUTION:The first and second transfer type switches SW1-SWn and SW1-1-SWn-1 for current/stand-by switching are provided in the input side and the output side of N-number of current lines respectively, and the first N-branch selecting switch SW10 which selects stand-by lines is provided in the stand-by line side of the first transfer type switches SW1-SWn, and the second N-branch selecting switch SW11 is provided in the stand-by line side of the second transfer type switches SW1-1-SWn-1, and a transfer type switch SW12 to which a dummy signal oscillator is connected is provided in the input side of the first and second selecting switches SW10 and SW11. Even when any current line is switched to a stand-by line, passing contacts are only one contact of the first transfer type switches for current/stand-by switching and one contact of the first N-branch selecting switch SW10 which selects the stand-by line.
