摘要 PURPOSE:To improve quickness and exactness by providing a sample table, reaction table, the 1st and 2nd reagent tables, sampling pipetter, the 1st and 2nd reagent pipetters, and optical measuring instrument. CONSTITUTION:The sample table 4, the reaction table 6, and the 1st and 2nd reagent tables 7, 8 are rotationally driven by driving devices 41, 61, 71, 81 and the specimens in sample vessels 1 are sucked by a pipetter nozzle 105 of the sampling pipetter 9 and are dispensed into reaction tubes 5. The 1st reagent table 7 is rotated when the reaction tube 5 comes to the 1st reagent discharging position f. The 1st reagent is then sucked by a pipetter nozzle 39 from the 1st reagent bottom 10 according to the items to be measured by the 1st reagent pipetter 11 and is dispensed into the reaction tube 5. The reaction tube 5 is dispensed with the 2nd reagent from the 2nd reagent bottle 12 in the 2nd reagent discharging position (g). The optical measuring instrument 14 is a multiwavelength photometer which spectrally divides the photometric light transmitted through a reaction liquid from a light source 141 by a concave diffraction grating 145 and measures said light by a photodetector 146.
