PURPOSE:To make efficient retrieval of information relating to the other person of a call and to improve operability by providing a memory that stores information relating to object of communication and a memory that stores information relating to object of communication added with the priority order. CONSTITUTION:When an operator retrieves telephone number of the other person by the key of a panel, the makes selection by a function key 5-3 whether the telephone number is to be retrieved by the first memory 2 that stores a telephone directory or to be retrieved by the second memory 3 that stores with priority order. When selecting the first memory, a telephone directory key 5-3-3 is turned on, and a data input key 5-3-1 is turned on for a data input mode, and the name etc. of the objective person are inputted by alphabetical keys 5-2 etc. on the panel. In the case where the second memory in which priority order is recorded is selected, when a priority key 5-3-4 is made on, display is made in a display section 4 in order of priority (frequency of use) basing on magnitude of counter values.
