PURPOSE:To increase the number of processing data by (n) times and to increase a processing speed by dividing one period of an index signal and generating (n) kinds of gate signals, and gating write signals of mutually different frequencies. CONSTITUTION:When the index signal IND which is sent out 4 every time a disk rotates is inputted, a signal generating circuit 1 removes noise components and then outputs (n) kinds of gate signals GTi (integer i which is >=1 and <=n) obtained by dividing one period of the signal IND by 'nXj' (integers n>=2 and j>=1) to the (i)th write signal gate circuit 21. When the signal GTi is inputted, the circuit 2i extracts a signal WDi from a write signal WDi of the (i)th frequency which is inputted separately and a write control signal WC which is at a high level in one period of the signal IND on condition that the signal GTi is at 'H', thereby outputting a synchronous write signal SWDi. A driving circuit 3 puts synchronous write signals SWD1-SWDn together and supplies a head write signal HW to a disk part 4.
