PURPOSE:To simplify operation without turning an original up-wide down or selecting an image from the back by providing the titled device with a control means for forming at least one image on the 2nd original specified by a specifying means in the prescribed range of a material to be transferred corresponding to the prescribed range of the 1st original specified by the specifying means. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd originals G1, G2 are set up on an original platen 2 so that the entry area of the 1st original G1 is parallel with an image to be synthesized on the 2nd original G2 in which plural list items, e.g., are written at a prescribed pitch and one image specified by the specifying means moving in a direction parallel with the mobile direction of a scanning means is taken out from the 2nd original G2 on which plural images are arrayed on its front and back surfaces so as to have the same contents to the prescribed range of the copied 1st original G1 specified by said specifying means and the synthesized image is complied to a material to be transferred. Consequently, at least one image of one original is synthesized with the prescribed range of the other original to form the synthesized image on the material to be transferred. Since the images of the same contents are formed on the front and back surfaces of the other original, it is unnecessary to turn the original up-side down or select the original from the back. |
