PURPOSE:To rapidly correspond to the abnormality of one's own and to correctly communicate condition information by informing automatically an opponent of the information of one's own device when the abnormality occurs at the device of one's own. CONSTITUTION:A condition supervising circuit 9 supervises the communicating condition of a device and the action condition of the device by the condition signal from a modulating demodulating circuit 3, an original reading unit 2 and a recording unit 8. When the abnormality of the action of the device is detected, the circuit 9 informs a control circuit 1 of the abnormality of the deice by a condition signal S7. The control circuit 1 sends the telephone number stored beforehand to a line control circuit 6 as a calling signal S8, and simultaneously when the calling is executed, connects it through the circuit 6 to a communicating line 7 by a changing-over signal S12. A communicating line 5 is changed over from communicating data D3 to a condition informing signal D5. When the opponent is connected, the control circuit 1 sends a selecting signal S10 and a timing signal S11 by the assembling to meet the abnormal condition of the device and an informing signal generating circuit 10 sends the condition informing signal D5 to the communicating line 7 for the opponent.
