<p>PURPOSE:To execute at high speed a display onto a screen and the access of refresh by providing an address designating circuit for designating the display position of a multi-window, and a display sequence deciding circuit for designating the overlap sequence of the screen, on a display memory. CONSTITUTION:An address designating circuit 3 designates a screen address being the display position of a multi-window display, and a display sequence deciding circuit 4 decides the priority of an overlap when a data is overlapped and displayed. An address data inputted from the circuit 3 is also synthesized by the circuit 4, and an initial data is written to a display memory 2 for writing a data which is displayed on the display screen of a display device 1. Also, the access of a data used for write for the subsequent refresh is executed. In this way, the access of a display memory and a source memory can be executed easily at the high speed, and also, the quality of a screen can be improved without obstructing the refresh in the multi-window display.</p> |
