<p>PURPOSE:To attain cost-down by simplifying preparing process, by one-step pressing with heat after stacking a skin-constituting material made of a definite skin layer and a cushioning layer with a base material through adhesive. CONSTITUTION:As a skin layer the sheet of polyolefine having a softening point higher than 100 deg.C is used, and as a cushioning layer a polyurethane foam is used. If these have high heat resistance, it is possible to prepare a laminate for an interior trimming in a short time without the occurrence of creases on the skin-layer or the heat deformation of the skin-constituting material by one-step pressing of the separation of the skin material from a base material. Here a polyurethane foam having an average cell diameter of 90 to 400mu and a gas permeability less than 120cc/cm<2>/sec is used as the cushioning layer, and an adhesives made of a synthetic resin which has a melting point of 90-130 deg.C and whose reaction of curing is completed at 90-130 deg.C is used. Thereby it is possible to manufacture the interior trimming without molding under two-step pressing.</p> |
