<p>PURPOSE:To estimate the fluidity curve of the blended coal obtd. by blending respective single coals with good accuracy by using the reflectivity distribution and inert component contents of the vitrinites of the respective single coals as well as the blending ratios of the respective single coals. CONSTITUTION:The relations between the reflectivity distribution and inert component contents of the vitrinites of the respective single coals and the max. fluidity, softening initiation temp., max. fluidity temp. and solidifying temp. of a Giesler plastometer are preliminarily obtd. The reflectivity distribution and total inert component content of the vitrinites of the respective single coals to be used for preparing the blended coal are combined with the respective blending ratios to determine the reflectivity distribution and total inert component content of the blended coal. The reflectivity distribution curve is segmented at the specified reflectivity width. The max. fluidity, softening initiation temp., max. fluidity temp. and softening temp. in the case in which the total inert component content is zero are determined from the above-mentioned relations at every reflectivity segment and the fluidity curve is approximated by a triangular shape or the quadratic or higher curves. The fluidity curve of every reflectivity segment is combined by the content of the vitrinite of every segment, by which the fluidity curve of the blended coal is estimated.</p> |
