PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism of a carrying means and to reduce the size of the mechanism without especially fixing a photosensitive resin plate on a carrying band such as a conveyer at the carrying of the resin plate by providing the titled device with a means for vibrating plural rotary brushes in a direction perpendicular to the transferring direction of the resin plate. CONSTITUTION:A sprocket 9 pivoted on one side of a supporting frame 10 supporting plural washing brushes 11-16 and their rotational mechanisms or the like through a chain 7 along the carrying direction of the photosensitive resin plate is rotated, a rotary plate 11 fixed coaxially with the sprocket 9 is also rotated and a connection rod 13 is coupled with an eccentric shaft 12 eccentrically projecting from the rotary plate 11. Although the connection rod 13 tries to vibrate around a base part 14 by the rotation of the rotary plate 11, are supporting board 10 is reciprocated in the direction perpendicular to the advancing direction of the resin plate by the length corresponding to twice the distance from the center of the rotary plate 11 up to the eccentric shaft 12 along guide rods 16, 16' because the connection rod has the fixed length.
