<p>Keyboard connectable to scanning means and comprised of an optical unit including: an upper face, a lower face and at least one edge joining said faces, a plurality of light injection inlets (2) and a plurality of detection outlets (3) so arranged as to define optical paths traversing said unit between said upper and lower faces and creating a logic network having intersections each of which pairing one of said inlets and one of said outlets, and reflectors (5) arranged at said intersections in order to couple the inlet-outlet pairs which are proper thereto. Said keyboard is characterized in that said reflectors are fixed, in that said reflectors as well as said optical paths starting from the light injection inlets and arriving to said light detection outlets are at a same level, in that at least some of said optical paths cross each other physically at said level, and in that shutters (4) actuatable by means of keys are provided to allow, limit or prevent as desired the coupling made by each of said reflectors without hindering the couplings made by the other reflectors.</p> |
