PURPOSE:To spread extensively the fruits to be mixed, and to mix by sending out separately each kind of fruit to the succeeding stage through a time-difference supply apparatus while continuously spreading and mixing. CONSTITUTION:Each kind of fruit 36 having a different quality is successively thrown into the part 3 for throwing in the fruit, and the thrown-in fruits, when sent out to the succeeding stage by keeping a time difference, are sent out continuously to an evaluation conveyer 18 at the succeeding stage through a time- difference supply apparatus 14 consisting of a high-speed conveyer 15, an intermediate-speed conveyer 16, a low-speed conveyer 17, etc. while spreading and mixing. Although each kind of fruit is thrown in separately, the thrown-in fruits are sent respectively with a time difference and hence mixed homogeneously. |
