An optical switch having at least one light input (E1, E2) and at least two light outputs (A1, A2), which are all aligned relative to one another such that their radiation axes intersect in one point, has a movable pin (3) with a reflecting end face (5), which pin is situated in one position with its reflecting end face (5) at the point of intersection of the radiation axes and in this case diverts a light beam entering through the input (E1) to one of the two outputs (A1, A2). In another position, the same pin (3) is remote from the radiation axes of the inputs and outputs, with the result that a light beam entering through the input (E1) reaches the other output (A2). <IMAGE>
