LAMINATION BY THERMAL CONTACT-BONDING

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of wrinkles and whitening and to prepare a laminated film with uniform and sufficient strength by means of thermal contact-bonding by leading one composite film consisting of a base material film layer and a heat-sensitive adhesive resin layer to a heated roll through an automatic supplying angle adjusting roll, and by leading the other film to a contact-bonding roll. CONSTITUTION:A composite film 52 consisting of a base material film layer 50 and a heat-sensitive adhesive resin layer 51 is used as one film 1. The base material film layer 50 is set on a heated roll 3 side and is led to the roll 3 through an automatic supplying angle adjusting roll 5 adjusting the contact distance between the composite film 52 and the heated roll 3 and is bonded by thermal pressing by leading the other film 2 to a contact-bonding roll 4. The laminated film 7 laminated by means of the thermal contact-bonding is taken off the heated roll 3. By this method, a determined amount of heat can be always supplied to the film 1 just before being laminated regardless of the variation in the speed of lamination.
