PURPOSE:To obtain a reflecting mirror prevented from being moved due to vibration or the like and one to be easily adjusted by supporting a holding part of the reflecting mirror at the center part of the reflecting mirror so as to rotate the mirror around its base. CONSTITUTION:An engaging hole 25 is formed on the center part of the reflecting mirror 20 arranged on the plate 23b of the holding part 23 and fitting long holes 24a-24d are perforated into fitting parts 24 on both the ends of the plate 23b. A reflection mirror unit 2 is arranged so that a pin 40 planted in the base 4 is inserted into the engaging hole 25 of the plate 23 and the holding part 3 is rotated around the pin 40 to rotate the fixed reflecting mirror 20 and adjust the inclination of the scanning light on a substance 3 to be irradiated. After adjustment, screws SN are screwed into screws holes 41a-41d formed on the base 4 through the long holes 24a-24d to fix the unit 2 on the base 4.
