PURPOSE:To make uniform the flow speed distribution of an air flow passing through a filter and to improve the cleaning efficiency due to the rotation of a fan by disposing within a box body flow speed control means for suppressing the speed of the air flow passing through the central portion of the filter. CONSTITUTION:The interior of a box body 1 is partitioned into an accommodating chamber 1a and an air chamber 1b by means of a filter 3, and air is blown into the accommodating chamber 1a from the air chamber 1b by means of a fan 8. A net member 21 is disposed within the box body 1 as means for suppressing the flow speed distribution of an air flow passing through the central portion of the filter 3. As a result, it is possible to make uniform the flow speed distribution of the air flow passing through the filter, thus positively improving the cleaning efficiency due to the rotation of the fan.
