The invention relates to a hose-connection means for the releasable connection of a hose end, exhibiting an elastomeric annular bead, to a flange, a container wall or the like, wherein a counter-flange engaging around the hose end bears, in the mounted position, on the mounting surface, is connected thereto via bracing means and exhibits, in its end side directed towards the mounting surface, an annular sealing chamber into which the said annular bead penetrates, the latter exhibiting a supporting ring, filling the sealing chamber, in the mounted position, with elastic deformation, and bearing on the mounting surface in a sealing manner by means of an end-side annular surface. In order to improve sealings and to increase the application area of hose-connection means of this type, the following features are proposed: a) the sealing chamber has an approximately triangular cross-section and widens conically towards the mounting surface; b) the cross-section of the non-loaded annular bead corresponds approximately to a quarter-circle segment; and c) the supporting ring is pressed loosely into a radially inwardly open annular groove, adapted to its outer contour, in the annular bead.
