<p>The banknote pack binding machine, includes a strip roll (1) for dispensing a thermosealable binding strip (2) which passes over idle rollers (3) to the strip entraining driven sprockets (4) which feed it over and across a working table (5) and across the brackets (7,7') of a pair of articulated arms (8,8') actuated by the armatures (9) of the electromagnets (10). The tape is then cut off by the microswitch controlled blade (12). The working table includes a shaped rectangular block (6) on which a pack of banknotes is placed. The electro-magnet actuated arm (17) with its dihedral part (19) presses the banknote pack and the block downwards and into a curved configuration where the arms are actuated to deflect inwards and fold over the ends of the binding tape (2) into an overlapped state, where a heatal punch (21) performs the thermosealing operation.</p> |
