PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized, high-speed, and inexpensive photoscanner having high resolution by allowing light reflected by a rotating mirror to strike a photosensitive body through optical fibers arranged on an arc which has the center at the rotating mirror. CONSTITUTION:Light emitted by a laser diode 1 passes through a convex lens 2 and is reflected by the rotating mirror 3 to enter optical fibers 5 arranged at equal pitch on the arc which has the center at the rotating shaft 16; and the light is projected from exits 6 and then converged onto the surface 8 of a photosensitive drum 11 through a microlens array 20. Consequently, the small-sized, high-speed, and inexpensive photoscanner which has the high resolution is obtained. |
