<p>The machine for baling cylindrical bales of fodder is of the type comprising a pressing chamber (4) bounded by a front container (5) and by a rear container door (6) with a pivoted mounting so that it can be upturned and hence cause the bale (8) to be ejected. Several endless belts (9) are juxtaposed parallel to each other and pass over the top of several return rollers, some of which (12) have a mobile mounting enabling the said belts (9) to follow the growing shape of the bale (8). An opening (25) for access is provided in the lower part of the chamber (4). There is also a feeding device (26, 28, 30) which picks up the fodder and sends it into the pressing chamber (4). At least one belt (9) is associated with an individual device for restoring the tension in the belt (36), and this cooperates with a position-indicating device (48) whose indicator lamp (50) is mounted on the driver's dashboard (53). <IMAGE></p> |
