PURPOSE:To compute the peak value of a specific kind of component accurately, by obtaining the difference between the synthesized signal of the chromatogram signals of the first and second samples and the chromatogram signal of the third sample obtained by reacting both samples. CONSTITUTION:A first sample 11 including a plurality of components is analyzed by a first chromatograph 12 and a first chromatogram signal f(t) is obtained. A second sample is likewise analyzed by the chromatograph and a second chromatogram signal g(t) is obtained. The signals f(t) and g(t) are stored in a memory means 13. The second sample includes the second component, which can react with the specific kind of component in the sample 11, and at least two same components in the sample 11. A third sample 14, which is obtained by the reaction of the first and second samples, is analyzed by a second chromatograph 15, and a third chromatogram signal h(t) is obtained. The peak value is computed from the three chromatogram signals f(t), g(t) and h(t) and outputted. |
