PURPOSE:To produce a laminated and expansion molded article, by laminating a skin material on a sheet consisting of a composition for crosslinked foams obtained by blending PP with a specific propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer, radical generating agent and crosslinking assistant and expansion molding the resultant laminate into a desired form. CONSTITUTION:(D) 0.5-5pts.wt. foaming agent is added to 100pts.wt. crosslinking composition obtained by melt kneading (A) (i) 60-95pts.wt. PP having 0.1-50g/10min melt flow rate, and (ii) 5-40pts.wt. propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having 0.05-20g/10min melt flow rate, 55-85mol% propylene content and 25-70 joules/g heat quantity of crystal melting with (B) a radical generator in an amount of 0.05-0.5pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. total of the components (i) and (ii) and (D) 0.1-1pts.wt. crosslinking assistant and the resultant blend is kneaded to afford an expandible material, which is then molded into a sheet form. A skin material, etc., is then laminated thereon and the laminated sheet is further heated in a state of the layer of the expandible material facing up, expanded and molded into a desired form. |
