PURPOSE:To separate a bobbin held onto a holder installed at the top edge of a cradle from a revolution roller by a certain distance in simple ways by swinging the cradle by an operating mechanism consisting of a fluid cylinder and a torsional spring clutch. CONSTITUTION:A cradle 1 is installed onto a shaft 20, and a holder 3 for holding a bobbin is installed into the arm part, and the bobbin is press-attached onto a revolution roller 21 by a pulling spring 8. A fluid cylinder 14 is installed at the edge part of a movable arm 11 installed in turnable ways onto the shaft 20. The fluid cylinder 14 is operated to turn the movable arm 11 in the (b) direction by using the shaft 20 as fulcrum, and the book 17a of a torsional spring 17 is shifted. Then, the movable arm 11 and each cylindrical part 11a, 2a of a bush are connected integrally through the torsional spring 17, and the cradle 1 is turned in the (b) direction by using the shaft 20 as fulcrum, and the holder 3 is separated from the revolution roller 21.
