发明名称 METHOD OF GRASPING LINE-UP CONDITION OF VEHICLE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable appropriate production management, by enabling the line-up of vehicles to be precisely grasped even though no empty space is there on a conveyer, when the condition of the line-up of vehicles introduced into a production line for automobiles or the like is grasped. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle introduction recognition device 28 and a vehicle delivery recognition device 30 are laid on the inlet and outlet sides of a conveyer 20 on which vehicles 22... may be carried, respectively, and output signals from them are delivered to a CPU 34 through a signal collecting device 32. The drive of the conveyer 20 is controlled by means of a control board 24 which delivers a shift signal at every movement corresponding to the length of one vehicle. Further, the CPU 34 stores in a newest memory area data of vehicle line-up corresponding to the vehicle conveying position at the inlet end of the conveyer when it receives an introduction signal. Further it stores in the newest memory area data of empty condition with no vehicle when it receives the shift signal. Accordingly, the data in the newest memory area is shifted to the next memory area, successively at each time when the shift signal is issued.</p>
