PURPOSE:To efficiently and speedily switch yarn by inserting a partitioning plate in multistage constitution into between a full package and a vacant bobbin for yarn and installing a yarn application guide at the top edge of a partitioning plate, thus allowing the yarn application function and the partitioning plate function to be developed at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A yarn Y is taken up onto a bobbin 5 through a traverse device 8, and a package 9 is formed. Then, a full-tube signal is generated and a turret 2 is turned by 180 deg., and the package 9 and a vacant bobbin 6 are replaced each other. At this time, an upper part partitioning plate 10 is swung by a cylinder 15 to the position of a guide rail 22, and the yarn Y is guided into a yarn holding groove 6a on the vacant bobbin 6 by a guide 10a installed at the top edge of the upper partitioning plate 10, and thus switching of yarn is completed. when a lower part partitioning plate 11 is operated by a cylinder 21, the upper part partitioning plate 10 is inserted between the package 9 and the vacant bobbin 6, and the both 9 and 6 are separated. |
