PURPOSE:The titled composition providing a film of coating having improved mechanical characteristics and gasoline resistance free from yellow coloring, comprising a tertiary amino group-containing vinyl polymer, a polyepoxy compound and a boron trifluoride compound as essential components. CONSTITUTION:(A) A vinyl compound [e.g., (co)polymer of dimethylaminoethyl (meth)acrylate, etc.] containing at least one tertiary amino group in one molecule is blended with (B) a polyepoxy compound (preferably vinyl polymer containing epoxy group at the side chain such as polyglycidyl ether of aliphatic alcohol, etc.) and (C) a boron trifluoride compound (preferably boron trifluoride- alkyl ether complex salt or boron trifluoride-alkanol complex salt) in a ratio of preferably 0.5-3 equivalent epoxy groups of the component B based on 1 equivalent reactive functional group of the component A and the ratio of the component C to the component A of 0.5-5wt% to give the aimed composition.
