<p>PURPOSE:To secure detection of an accurate position of the panel coordinates by performing the correcting actions at all times even though the finger touches are frequently given to an input panel. CONSTITUTION:When a correcting action is carried out for each fixed cycle, a controller 10 turns on a switch circuit 4 by a control signal SC2 and grounds an electrode film sheet 1 via capacitors 55 and 56. At the same time, a switch 11 is controlled by a control signal SC3 so that a low reference pulse RPL is applied to a counter 8. Under such a condition, the correcting action is carried out as conventional. Thus the grounding of the sheet 11 if carried out via the body capacity during the correcting action can be neglected for acquisition of the correction data since the electrostatic capacities of both capacitors 55 and 56 are larger than the body capacitor by >=50 times. The designation of the coordinate position carried out a finger touch during a correcting action is neglected and the effect is minimized since said correcting action is not carried out so frequently.</p> |
