<p>PURPOSE:To improve the impregnating property of a coil bobbin by forming winding grooves between collars, and varying the thicknesses of the collars so as to gradually narrow the width of the grooves from outside toward inside to reduce the collar collapse with a very simple structure, thereby enhancing the winding occupying ratio in a small size. CONSTITUTION:A coil bobbin is composed of collars 4 varying in the thicknesses gradually widened from outside toward inside in width, windings 5 wound between the collars 4, and winding grooves 6 for winding the windings 5 to gradually narrow the width from outside toward inside between the collars 4. When an insulating distance between the maximum outer diameter of the winding and a core is a, the winding height is b and the thickness of the bore of the coil bobbin is c, the height (b) of the winding 5 is reduced in the amount corresponding to the widened amount toward the outside in the grooves 6 to reduce the profile of the bobbin, thereby improving the winding occupying ratio indicated by d=b/(a+b+c)X100, and, since the thickness of the inside of the collars 4 is thick, it can simultaneously prevent the collars 4 from collapsing due to the force applied when the winding 5 is wound.</p> |
