NEW MATERIAL:A quinolinecarboxylic acid derivative of formula I [R is alkyl; R<1> is cycloalkyl, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, phenyl; R<2> is H, halogen, nitro, amino; X is halogen; Z is formula II (n is 1, 2; R<3> is H, alkyl; R<4>, R<5> are H, alkyl, phenyl), formula III (n is 1, 2; R<3> is H, alkyl; R<4>, R<5> are H, alkyl, phenyl), formula III (K is 0-2; l is 0-2; m is 0, 1; R<6> is H, halogen, alkyl; R<7> is H, alkyl; R<8> is H, alkyl), azetidino, morpholino], its salt and their hydrates. EXAMPLE:1-Cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1, 4-dihydro-8-methyl-4-oxo-7-( 1-piperazinyl )-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid. USE:Antibacterial. PREPARATION:The reaction of a compound of formula IV with an amine of Z<1>H (Z<1> is Z other than halogen) is followed by hydrolysis, when needed, to give the compound of formula I. |
