PURPOSE:To obtain instant rice gruel capable of reconstituting into a rice gruel having improved sense of eating in a very short time simply by pouring warm or hot water, by dipping dried and pregelatinized rice into water or warm water, boiling the rice and freeze drying the boiled rice.
