PURPOSE:To shorten the program transfer time by performing the initial processing after detecting the end of IPL and also loading the subsequent programs in parallel with each other. CONSTITUTION:The initial processing is carried out within a main control part 1 with application of a power supply and a program is read out to a CPU12 form a program storage part 11. Then the transfer of the program is started to a follower control part 2. Here the address of the initial program transferred to a memory 22 in the part 2 is compared with an address in a setting circuit 28 by a loading end detecting circuit 27. When coincidence is obtained from said comparison, a loading end detecting signal 3 is transmitted to a CPU starting circuit 26. When receiving the signal 3, the circuit 26 sets a CPU21 under operable state to perform the initial processing. While the subsequent programs are successively loaded on the memory 22 in parallel with each other from the part 11.
