PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of a structure by reducing the amount of a filler to be charged and also by lessening lifting pressures by providing recessed portions for the bottom of a structure to be set on a mound formed on the seabed ground. CONSTITUTION:Recessed portions 1 are formed in the bottom B of a structure and air is confined in the recessed portions 1 to form air chambers 11. On the boundary of the arm chambers 11, moving speeds of water particles are reduced, pressure gradient is bent on the recessed portions of the air chambers 11, and the lifting pressure P2 is reduced greatly in front of the chambers 11 and also reduced sparingly on the back side. By providing a plurality of air chambers 11, the pressure distribution is of a bent line with a plurality of bending points, and the lifting pressure P2 is more greatly reduced. Therefore, the amount of filler can be reduced, the size and weight of the structure can be reduced, and the structure can be set even on the ground of bad conditions.
