PURPOSE:To take out a sheet material reliably sheet by sheet by constructing means for adsorbing the sheet material with plural adsorbers then displacing respective adsorbers individually by means of a cam means so as to adsorption hold the sheet member while bending in convex. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 38 and a cam shaft 42 to be rolled by means of the first rotary drive source 28 through the links 36, 40, 44 of a link means 22 are provided where the intermediate sections of an arm 60 (60a-60e) are supported rotatably by the shaft 38 and energized toward the cam shaft 42 side by means of the springs 62a-62e. Tubular member 64 (64a-64e) to be coupled to a vacuum suction mechanism is fixed to the tip of each arm 60 and the adsorbers 66a-66e are mounted on the lower end of each tubular member 64. A cam 54 (54a-54e) for rolling each arm 60 is secured to the cam shaft 38 and the fixing phase of each cam 54 is differentiated so as to maintain the convex shape of the sheet F when being adsorbed.
