PURPOSE:To secure easy 2-dimensional connection between patches adjacent to a square patch by forming two subpatches within a square framing space and putting these two subpatches on each other for synthesization. CONSTITUTION:A square patch S(u,v)1 which is spread over a square framing space formed by a framing process is produced by putting two subpatches alpha(u,v)S1(u,v)1 and beta(u,v)S2(u,v)1 on each other. These two patches are set by control points that satisfy the conditions for connection of adjacent planes with the shared boundaries COM1-COM4 formed by the four sides of said square patch. Therefore, a square patch T(u,v)1 forms a curved surface connecting 2- dimensionally to the four sides of this patch under the conditions for continuation of adjacent planes.
