摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain an oxygen electrode having good reproducibility and excellent capacity, by a method wherein enzyme is supported by a magnetic powder and the obtained enzyme immobilized carrier is arranged to the oxygen electrode by utilizing the magnetism thereof. CONSTITUTION:Material parts prepared by coating a magnetic powder with protein are added to a phosphate buffer solution along with glucose oxidase to prepare a neutral solution and carbodiimide is subsequently added to said solution to form an enzyme immobilized carrier 2. An electromagnet 4 is pressed to the fluorocarbon resin membrane 6 covering a platinum electrode 5 to be set to an electrode main body 7 by a rubber ring 10 in such a state that a semipermeable memberance 3 is received in the carrier 2. Thereafter, the switch of the electromagnet 4 is opened and kept away from the electrode to complete an enzyme electrode. This carrier 2 is arranged to the oxygen electrode 7 by simple work and can also correspond to the structure and shape of the electrode and has reproducibility from a quantitative aspect. |
