PURPOSE:To reduce noises by connecting an extension passage extending upward to a vapor release port which is communicated with a pump chamber, and opening the end of this extension passage in the inside of a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION:A vapor release port 5 connecting the inside and outside of a pump chamber 4 is provided so that the vapor produced in the pump chamber 4 can be discharged to the outside of the pump chamber 4. To the vapor release port 5 a pipe 8 is connected to form an extension passage, and the termination of an opening end 97 thereof is opened in the inner upper part of a fuel tank 100. Thus, noises can hardly reach the outside of the tank, and noises can be reduced.
