PURPOSE:To generate a power, by a method wherein floating ships, placed, in a state to invert a tub, in two cylindrical water tanks located within an oval outer shell, are alternately operated in a well bucket system. CONSTITUTION:A water tub 4 is placed in a water tank 4 in an oval outer wall 3, the upper parts of the outer wall 3 and the water tank 4 are firmly adhered to each other to form an air chamber, and a floating ship 5 in a shape to invert a tub is placed. High pressure air is implanted from an air implanting machine chamber installed to the upper part of an air chamber 8 to float the floating ship 5, and air is exhausted in an exhaust machine chamber 6 to operate the ships in a well backet system. A power is fetched by means of a wheel 2 around which the wire chain of the floating ship 5 is stretched. This constitution enables generation of a power without being influenced by weather.
