PURPOSE:To fetch and discharge a cartridge from both sides, and also, to invert the surface and the rear side, by providing an aperture for taking in and discharging the cartridge, on both faces facing to an enclosure. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a motor 19 is driven in a state that claws 15c, 15d are occupied in an open position, and the claw 15d is moved to under a notch part 2e. In this state, it is fetched by energizing a rotary solenoid 14b and discharge means 15b is turned, and the claw 15d is set to a closed position, and the claw 15d is detained to the notch part 2e. In this state, the motor 19 is driven in reverse, and cartridge 2 is led into an enclosure 11 through the aperture 11b and moved to the left end part along a guide rail 12b, namely, until a notch part 2d is fetched and positioned at the downward of discharge means 15a. In this state, the claw 15d is set to an open position and fetching of the cartridge 2 is composed. According to such a constitution, the cartridge can be fetched and discharged from both apertures 11a, 11b, irrespective of the attitude of the cartridge.
