<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive collection electrode of simple constitution which can be arranged at distance from an electrostatic charging part by putting three electrostatic charging parts which differ in phase from one another in a common grounding case hermetically. CONSTITUTION:Conductive rods 3 which are three mutually out-of-phase electrostatic charging parts are arranged in the grounded sealed type case 1 while inserted into respective bushings. An insulation measure is taken among the respective phases and between the outermost phase and case 1. Flat plate type collection electrodes 10u, 10v, and 10w which collect displacement currents from the conductive rods 3 are supported on the flank in the case 1 through insulating support members 9 under the insulation bushings 2 of the respective phases and arranged locally opposite the insulation bushings 2 at almost equal distances. Consequently, displacement currents flowing in from the conductive rods 3 through the space are utilized and the collection electrodes 10u, 10v, and 10w are put in the grounding case 1, so voltages are measured accurately without any disturbance. Further, the fitting of the collection electrodes 10u, 10v, and 10w is easy.</p> |
