PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and the cost by providing a roller as a projection on the side face of a cartridge holder, forming a guide groove for leading the roller to the bottom plate side of a frame body, on the side plate of the frame body, and fitting the roller into the guide groove. CONSTITUTION:When a disk cartridge 8 is inserted into a cartridge holder 2, and pressed in the direction as indicated with an arrow C, rollers 12a, 12b move along guide grooves 9a, 9b, descend to a bottom plate 6 side by the elastic force of a tension spring 4, and stop at a position where the case of the disk cartridge 8 is abutted against a positioning pin 7, namely, at a loading position. When recording or reproduction is ended, and the end of the disk cartridge 8 is pushed up in the direction as indicated with an arrow E, the eject operation of the cartridge holder 2 is executed by the elastic force of the tension spring 4. By such a constitution, the disk cartridge is prevented from being fallen off, and also, it becomes possible to reduce the number of parts and the cost.
