PURPOSE:To prolong the service life of a die and to improve the quality of a product by performing a cutting by providing the retreat part gradually inclining in the driving direction of a punch on one part of the cutting blade part of a die. CONSTITUTION:The cutting blade parts 6, 7, 8 removing by cutting a burr part 3 and a recessed part 10 are provided on a die 5 by arranging the die 5 in opposition to a punch 4. The cutting of the burr part 3 is performed in cooperation with the punch 4 from the side of less retreat degrees to larger retreat degrees part in order, by providing the retreat part 11 gradually inclining in the driving direction of the punch 4 on the cutting blade part 6. In this way, therefore, the bearing of the case of a shearing is reduced and consequently the wear of the die including the cutting blade part can be reduced. The cutting accuracy is therefore improved as well as the service life of the die is extended and the product quality is improved as well.
