PURPOSE:To shorten production cycle of the products by integrating a holding means of the products and a spraying means of a mold release agent into a trimming mechanism and also executing trimming work as shifting the holding means and the spraying means. CONSTITUTION:The trimming mechanism 16 is arranged to a die casting machine 12, and also the hand part 18 for holding the products and the spray part 22 for the mold release agent are arranged as integrating into the trimming mechanism 16. After opening the mold of the die casting machine 12, a cylinder part is driven to shift the hand part 18 and the spray part 22 through arms 42a, 42b, 54. Then, the hand part 18 is shifted to the fixed position as holding the products W and at the same time, the spray part 22 reaches to the metallic mold 20a, 20b to spray the mold release agent. Next, the trimming work for the products W is executed. In this way, as the efficiency of the trimming work and its relating works are improved, the production cycle of the products is shortened. |
