发明名称 SEALING MECHANISM FOR SCROLL FLUID MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a sealing performance and a lubricating performance for a specular surface of a fixed scroll, by slidably mounting a seal ring in a rectangular ring groove formed on the specular surface, and supplying oil from a back pressure chamber into the ring groove. CONSTITUTION:A ring groove 30 is formed on a specular surface of a fixed scroll 5, and a seal ring 31 is inserted in the ring groove 30. The ring groove 30 is communicated through an oil supply passage 32 formed in the fixed scroll 5 to a space 22 defined in an outer periphery of a rotary scroll 6. The space 22 is communicated through a back surface of the rotary scroll 6 to a back pressure chamber 20. Accordingly, oil in the back pressure chamber 20 is allowed to flow through the oil supply passage 32 into the ring groove 30, thereby sealing inner and outer gaps 35 and 36 of the seal ring 31. Simultaneously, the oil is allowed to flow through an oil supply hole 42 of the seal ring 31 to an oil retaining groove 41, thereby lubricating a slide surface.
