摘要 PURPOSE:To improve drivability and emission by providing a transient/steady judging means for judging whether the operating condition of an engine is in a transient operating condition or in a steady operating condition, and an injection quantity operating means for operating an injection quantity based on an estimated value. CONSTITUTION:The moderating control value is stored in a RAM105 after the detected value of pressure in side an intake pipe from a pressure sensor 3 is subjected to A/D conversion. When an engine is in a transient operating condition, the quantity of intake air at the point of time when fuel actually arrives at a combustion chamber is estimated from the latest stored value and the stored values at the last and before the last detected timings, using a defined formula. Also, when the engine is in a steady operating condition, the latest stored value as it is, is used as an estimated value. And, the final injection quantity is obtained from these estimated values and, based on this, a fuel injection valve 7 is controlled via a driving circuit 108. As a result, responsiveness is improved in the transient operating condition of the engine, while variation in injection quantity caused by variation in the estimated value can be eliminated in the steady operating condition.
