PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by providing a valve mechanism actuated on a lever mechanism fitted between the tips of a pair of piezo-electric elements. CONSTITUTION:When electric voltage has been applied to both piezo-electric elements 4 and 4 via a terminal 23, an armature 11 is turned via scale balls 18 and 18, thereby causing the monolithic turn of an arm 10 connected to the armature 11 in the same direction. The other end of the arm 10 is fitted with a valve 14 moving against the force of a spring expanded between the valve 14 and a nozzle 16 from a state of closing one flow passage, thereby opening a flow passage and closing another flow passage.
