发明名称 METHOD FOR CORRECTING DEFORMATION OF SINTERED HARD ALLOY MEMBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily correct a deformation or distortion in a short time by heating a sintered hard alloy member to be corrected at about 900-1,450 deg.C in a prescribed atmosphere and loading a tensile load in the heated condition as it is. CONSTITUTION:The work 1 to be corrected of the sintered hard alloy is put in the prescribed atmosphere and heated in the range of 900-1,450 deg.C by a inductive heating coil 2 wound spirally around the work periphery. In this case, as heating methods, a proper heating such as a resistance heating, high frequency induction heating, etc., is used, and as the atmosphere, an stmospheric air, argon gas, vacuum, etc., are used in accordance with the composition of the sintered hard alloy. Then, on this heating condition, both ends of the correcting work 1 is grasped by chucks 5, 6 and loaded a load P of 500-5,000kg/cm<2> for 2-4min. In this way, the deformation of a camber or waviness and the distortion is corrected easily in a short time of 2-4min.
