<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a laminated film of superb adhesive force by treating a biaxial oriented polyethylene terephthalate film in an oxygen or air low temperature plasma atmosphere of a specified vacuum degree and extrusion laminating heat sealing polyethylene or heat laminating polyethylene film. CONSTITUTION:A biaxial oriented polyethylene terephthalate film is treated in an oxygen or air gas low temperature plasma atmosphere of 0.1-5torr vacuum degree. Then, a heat sealing polyethylene resin is extrusion laminated or a polyethylene resin family resin film is laminated. In a vacuum degree of less than 0.1torr, quality and plasma activated seed are short and the treatment of spool continuous film is too much time-taking, while in a high vacuum, improvement effect is lowered or transparency is decreased because of leaching non-reactive oligomer content contained in the biaxial oriented polyethylene terephthalate film. In a vacuum degree of more than 5torr, plasma gets unstable.</p> |
