PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration of a vehicle body caused by the pulsation of fluid pressure which is fed to a clutch operating actuator by varying a frequency for making opening/closing control of a solenoid valve for regulating pressure, in course of time. CONSTITUTION:A speed change control part 26 determines the connecting condition and connecting quantity of a clutch 10 at each point of time, operates a duty ratio command value Ds for the opening/closing control of a hydraulic pressure regulating solenoid valve 18, and gives the results to a hydraulic pressure control part 28. On receiving this, the hydraulic pressure control part 28 generates a pulse train output Sv of a defined frequency at a duty ratio in conformity with the command value Ds, and makes opening/closing control of the solenoid valve 18 by this output Sv. Thereby, an average hydraulic pressure corresponding to the duty ratio command value Ds is generated on the discharge side of the solenoid valve 18, and this hydraulic pressure is fed to a hydraulic pressure cylinder 14 via a solenoid valve 20. The hydraulic pressure cylinder 14 generates a mechanical force corresponding to the supplied hydraulic pressure, which is transmitted to a clutch 10 via an operating lever 12, to effect a clutch connecting quantity corresponding to the duty ratio command value Ds.
